If there is one thing I want you to know about me it’s this: I am passionate about real estate, and I take great pride in helping my clients achieve their dreams. When I first started my career, almost eight years ago, I always believed that a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence would help me build a successful business. I am proud to say that these values have been validated many times: In the last seven years, I have consistently achieved the top 5% for sales of all realtors in the greater Edmonton region.
My parents taught me the importance of exceptional customer service, hard work and listening carefully to the needs of your clients, as I watched them develop a successful hotel business when I was growing up. It seemed natural that at some point, I would start my own business, and these life lessons would serve me well.
Before getting into real estate, I worked in the construction industry. I made a career change into sales and then management, and I think that all of these experiences combined have really helped me to become a better realtor. Over the years, I’ve learned that strong personal relationships based on trust and dependability help to build lasting business relationships. This is why almost 90% of my business is based on referrals and repeat customers. This may surprise you but I’m not motivated just by commissions: I really enjoy helping people—that’s the favorite part of my job!
